In fact, one out of every three bites of food you take depends on pollinators. Without bees, we might have to say goodbye to foods like apples, almonds, oranges and avocados. But bee populations are declining.
That’s because many of their habitats have been removed, leaving them with a lack of food during the times when crops aren’t in bloom. To turn things around, farmers are working with pollination experts to learn the best ways to care for bees.
